Reference & Information Services

General information enquiry service is offered by professional associates of the library. Reference service is provided by a senior library staff member who would answer enquiries about library services and resources, provide assistance to users in identifying pertinent information and in searching relevant e-resources via the reference desks. Users may contact the relevant service counters for detailed information about the use of various collections.
